Lives & works in Antwerp, Belgium.
Mainly an autodidact, Stuer has been drawing and painting from childhood on.
What started as very figurative work in a magical-realistic style, evolved over impressionism and (for about 20 years) very colourful abstract expressionism back towards a colourful modern realistic style.
The created image is always meant to be powerful and intense, it aims to touch the viewer's heart.
Stuer exposed his paintings at the European Comission and in various Galleries in Belgium and Holland.
